This privacy policy governs the website located at www.complydq.com and our related mobile application. It does not apply to products, services, or information obtained through other channels.

If we significantly change our collection, use, or disclosure practices, we will try to send you a notice via email (if you have provided us with an address). This Privacy Policy is effective as of August 1, 2017.

We collect information in several ways. Some of the information we collect is personal to you; other information is anonymous. We collect the following categories:

• When you use our driver mobile app: name, email address, home and mobile phone, emergency contact, hire date, termination date, date of birth, commercial driver status, CDL details (number, state, endorsements, expiration date, class, restrictions), and active status.
• When your company uses our app: company name, city and state, address, postal code, phone number, DOT number, federal employer ID, and motor carrier number.
• Documents you or your company upload, including: driver applications, background release forms, drug test results, road test certifications, policy receipts, medical exam certificates, CDL information, MVR records, and annual review forms.
• When you report a problem: contact information and a description of the issue.
• When you contact us by email: your contact information and the content of your message.
• When you subscribe: mailing address, phone number, email address, and payment information.
• Information you post in interactive areas such as community forums.
• Precise location data, collected anonymously, to customize our service (with your consent on first use).
• Technical browsing data such as IP address, device identifier, and viewing information when you visit our site or open our emails.
• GPS location data and driver compliance information when you use our mobile app.
• Data that allows us to identify your mobile device.

Direct Collection. We collect much of the information above directly from you when you submit it on our website or in our mobile app. This includes registration information, contact details, user submissions, and public postings. If you do not want to share your information, you can choose not to participate in a particular service or activity.

Indirect Collection: Cookies and Technology. As part of offering personalized services, we may use cookies and other tracking technologies to provide personalized content, remember your contact and registration information, evaluate and analyze site traffic, and assist with ad reporting.
